VEGA Americas, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Mason, OH office. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and support the sales team with new business development while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a two-year degree (technical preferred) and 1+ year in customer service or sales, plus experience with CRM systems. We value high-quality service and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Two year degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 1+ year(s) customer service or sales experience.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• CRM System experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inquiries regarding technical data, price, delivery or application information.
• Develop clear quotations for current and prospective customers and representatives.
• Complete proactive follow-up of open quotes or new product information calls.
• Establish and maintain relationships to generate new business and support sales.
• Support new business development with follow-up calls on sales leads.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Back-up Inside Sales with phone and email support to ensure timely issue resolution.
