Job summary

VEGA Americas, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing office. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers and representatives to drive new and existing business.

The role emphasizes customer service, CRM usage, and collaboration with Outside Sales. You’ll help resolve issues, follow up on leads, and build relationships while supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Two year degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 1+ year(s) customer service or sales experience.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• CRM System experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, e-mail and web inquiries regarding data, price, delivery, or application information.
• Develop clear quotations for current and prospective customers and reps.
• Perform proactive quote follow-up or new product information phone calls.
• Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with current customers, prospective customers, Outside Sales and/or representatives to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
• Support new business development activities by follow-up phone calls on sales leads, as required.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
• Back-up Inside Sales team with phone calls and email support as needed. Must address customers’ issues and ensure effective and responsive problem resolution.
