Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing distribution team. No experience needed—we will train and support the right candidate!

As a member of our fastener distribution team, you will establish customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and assist customers with solutions while supporting Field Sales Representatives and vendor relationships. Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate/technical or bachelor degree is a plus.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Positive and strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail.

• Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever.

Responsibilities

We are a privately-held independent fastener distribution company that provides Class 'C' items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business

• Prior technical sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of fasteners
• Epicor P21 experience
• An associate, technical or bachelor degree
