Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative. We train and support the right candidate, helping you build relationships and drive additional business in a fastener distribution environment.

The role emphasizes customer quotes, order entry accuracy, and solutions education. A high school diploma is required, with opportunities to advance through knowledge of fasteners and Epicor P21 experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Positive and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever
• Prior technical sales or customer service experience (plus)
• Knowledge of fasteners (plus)
• Epicor P21 experience (plus)
• An associate, technical or bachelor degree (plus)

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
• Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
• Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
• Support Field Sales Representatives
• Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships
