• Bachelors preferred in Industrial Distribution, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist preferred.
• Other technical certifications may be considered.
• Experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with customers via phone and email.
• Promote and sell products and value-added solutions to new customers.
• Learn about products and vendors to develop hydraulic knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal and vendor contacts to meet delivery needs.
• Assist outside sales in managing large accounts and deliveries.
• Learn cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for outside sales with new or current customers.
• Support ISO 9001 continuous improvement initiatives.
