Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of inside sales experience, be familiar with electric motors, drives, and controls, and possess strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, quoting products, and maintaining the CRM system. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years inside sales experience.
• Familiar with electric motors, drives, and controls.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in distribution.
• Willingness to make outbound sales calls.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekday and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling/selling to new and existing customers.
• Handle customer calls for electric motors, controls, drives, and accessories.
• Assist customers with technical questions on the products.
• Coordinate large projects to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Maintain daily CRM system.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Fluent in English

Education

Minimum 2-year technical degree
