Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey through the sales process and support handover to internal teams.
• Create technical proposals and quotations for customers.
• Ensure incoming information is clean and does not impede work flow.
• Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for external teams to ensure process adherence.
• Carry out technical reviews for MTO and CTO jobs.
• Streamline and develop efficiency in sales product streams.
• Move orders and proposals swiftly through SLAs after going live.
• Act as cover for Sales Administrator with order placement.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers.
• Support and liaise with marketing as required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in IT systems.
