Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical inside sales, engineering support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex products and solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for technical product information and quotes.
Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in identifying technical needs and suitable solutions.
Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
Prepare accurate quotations based on specs, pricing, and delivery.
Track technical orders from inception through delivery and handle modifications.
