Job summary

Bray International in Everett, WA is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to handle technically complex customer needs, including product specifications, quotations, order support, and returns.

You will translate customer requirements into quotes, coordinate with Sales, Applications Engineering, Operations and Accounting, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in technical inside sales or engineering support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical product information, quotes, and support.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations and track orders from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Accounting.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, configuration, and applications.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and support quote/status visibility.
• Assist with product demonstrations, training, and issue resolution.
