Job summary

H&D Distributors, Inc is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Technical Inside Sales Specialist to support customers and the sales team. This role reviews, processes, and fulfills customer requirements with a high degree of accuracy in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

You will manage orders, review contracts and terms, provide product guidance, coordinate with purchasing and logistics, and communicate status to customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or related roles in industrial/technical environment.
• Strong contract review experience and ability to manage commercial terms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations, technical guidance, pricing, and availability information.
• Coordinate with outside sales, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Process orders accurately and review for completeness, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
