Paymentus Corporation is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead customer-facing technical implementations, guiding onboarding, configuring products, and resolving complex integration challenges. The role emphasizes API, data integration, and SSO expertise to ensure successful deployments.

You will work across teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize configurations, supporting high-complexity projects and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in financial services/payments
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages from the listed options
• Experience with SSO protocols (JWT, SAML) and APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Hands-on SQL and relational databases; familiarity with SFTP

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Guide customers through product configuration and data integration.
• Collaborate with clients' technical teams to streamline API and SFTP integrations.
• Address and resolve technical questions and challenges throughout the implementation process.
• Develop deep product understanding and support high-complexity projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers.
