Job summary

Paymentus Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the liaison between customers and Paymentus, understanding client infrastructure, APIs, SFTP, and file formats to ensure smooth integration.

You will partner with Implementations, Product Support, Customer Care and Operations to troubleshoot incidents, produce monthly reports, support QBRs, and advocate for clients during upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in electronic billing and payment industry.
• 3-5 years in a technical leadership role (PM, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and Card Network Regulations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated project management experience tracking and reporting projects.
• Polished communication skills (speaking and writing) with management-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn client setup and infrastructure and how it connects to Paymentus (API, SFTP, formats).
• Collaborate with Implementations, Product Support, Customer Care and Operations to troubleshoot incidents.
• Complete monthly SLA reporting for SLA clients.
• Support Account Director in QBRs and client meetings; conduct product demos as required.
• Lead RCA discussions with clients to explain impact and findings.
• Create SOWs and assist project managers during implementations.
• Coordinate unit testing of features requested by clients with Implementations.
• Advocate for clients during upgrades and deployments and ensure proper testing.
• Develop operational slides for meetings highlighting trends and impact.
• Manage all operational and technical communication with clients via phone or email.
• Assist with demos of new features related to implementation and integration.
• Reinforce customer training on product features to empower self-service.
• Prioritize projects with Development, Account Management, and Implementations.
• Serve as SME for Paymentus Payment Processing platform.
