Job summary

Vitesse is seeking an Implementation Manager to own day-to-day client delivery for our platform. You will convert sales-approved solutions into delivery plans, coordinate the right experts, and keep clients, partners, and internal teams aligned from kickoff through go-live.

This role is an implementation-owner position with a strong emphasis on API/data workflows. You’ll work with Technical Integration Leads and engineering for complex design while driving clear communication and a reliable

Qualifications

• Experience leading client implementations in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or insurance.
• Strong project management discipline with multi-workstream oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort collaborating with software engineers, product owners, and operations teams.
• Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, environments, data/files, and basic data-flow concepts.
• Good judgment on when to involve technical specialists or engineering.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, decisions, and stakeholder communications from kickoff through early-life support.
• Translate business and functional requirements into practical delivery plans, RACIs, readiness checklists, acceptance criteria, and clear success measures.
• Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring owners and next steps are clear.
• Coordinate setup activities across APIs, files, portals, environments, access, test data, and operational workflows with SMEs.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture decisions, follow-up actions, and escalated blockers with context, impact, options, and owners.
• Support sandbox validation, user acceptance testing, defect triage, go-live planning, cutover readiness, and early-life support.
• Maintain implementation documentation including status updates, action logs, risk registers, dependency trackers, configuration notes, and handover materials.
• Partner with Pre-Sales, Technical Integration, Account Implementations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to improve delivery quality and repeatability.
