How You'll Help: We seek an energetic, self-motivated Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Implementation & Project Management team. You will provide technical guidance and product expertise during platform implementations and support post-implementation activities. Your role involves understanding client data requirements and business processes to configure our platforms accordingly. Experience in higher education areas like enrollment management, student success, financial services, or financial aid reporting, along with strong technical and communication skills, is ideal.

What You Will Do:

1. Data Discovery/Validation: Facilitate discovery sessions, lead client discussions, communicate data gaps, review validation discrepancies, and support data validation post-implementation.
2. Platform Implementation: Develop technical understanding of data models, support product implementations, provide feedback for improvements, and configure platform features.
3. Documentation: Support handoff documentation, provide implementation feedback, and document new product features.
4. Data Advisory: Escalate hurdles, provide expertise on data definitions, and inform product development.
5. Training: Conduct power user training sessions during go-live in partnership with the Data Analyst team.

You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years in technical consulting, implementation, or similar roles.
• 3-5 years experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of key higher ed areas and systems like PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, or Workday.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with data QA, technical documentation, and communicating technical info to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Have:

• Data analysis tools (SQL, Python, data warehousing).
• Project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Experience with SaaS products.

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel. Preference for candidates on the East Coast of the U.S.
