You will partner with the global and regional teams to deploy policies, manage budgets, and ensure safe, reliable workplaces across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering with 5–10 years in facility management.
• Proven experience leading facilities service delivery and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated program/project management experience, from planning to delivery.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis for large assets.

Responsibilities

• Govern an FM contract and ensure maintenance strategy and planning for all locations.
• Partner with global and local teams to implement Cisco policies and ensure safe, functional workplaces.
• Establish relationships to align services with evolving business needs.
• Deliver FM hard services via outsourced providers with key metrics and SLAs.
• Develop multi‑year asset investment plans and prioritize projects.
• Drive continuous improvements in service levels, costs, energy, safety.
• Monitor and report on significant events impacting operations.
• Manage budgets, spend, variations, and approvals.
• Own business continuity plans for FM Hard Services.
