For our client, we are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead a software engineering team responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions in a highly regulated financial services environment. The manager will stay close to the code while guiding architecture, improving delivery processes, and partnering across product and business functions to translate priorities into execution. This is a hands‑on leadership role with impact on product delivery, engineering effectiveness, and overall platform performance.

The ideal candidate will balance technical depth with people leadership, ensuring the team can ship reliable software efficiently while continuing to grow in a modern cloud-based environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $138,400 – $173,000 annually
