• Proficiency with PDF editors, word processors, and documentation repositories.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Linder-specific service documentation including troubleshooting guides and SOPs.
• Translate OEM updates and field campaigns into clear, actionable technician instructions.
• Coordinate with Service Managers, OEM partners, and branches to ensure consistent documentation quality.
