Nammo Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage electronic files, ensure compliant documentation, and support technical publications. You will interact with Engineering, Quality Control, and Production Control to ensure accurate formatting and timely feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–5 years proven success in role with similar scope.
• Ability to obtain BATF approval for explosive operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit documentation to standard requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate publications with internal and external customers.
• Register, format and manage NDS documentation.
• Train personnel on documentation systems and software tools.
• Support configuration management procedures.
• Interact with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing Engineering and other teams regarding documentation.
• Ensure security, accessibility and long-term archival of documents.
• Adhere to safety policies and follow standard practices.
