Qualifications

- Proficiency in Spanish communication within a fast-paced newsroom.
- Experience with automated production control rooms and broadcast switching.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during major events.
Responsibilities
- Execute live newscasts and special programming using broadcast automation and production control systems.
- Switch live productions accurately while maintaining the highest technical standards.
- Collaborate with Executive Producers, Line Producers, Directors, Graphics Operators, and the newsroom to ensure flawless execution.
- React quickly to breaking news, adjusting production elements and workflows in real time.
- Monitor technical quality of video, audio, graphics, and live feeds throughout broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues under tight deadlines while maintaining on-air continuity.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment or operational concerns.
- Support continuous coverage during major news events, elections, and special programming.
- Maintain organized production workflows in a fast-paced, multiplatform environment.
