The role focuses on dairy, meat, plant-based foods, and prepared meals, requiring close collaboration with producers and internal teams. You will partner with sales, R&D, and product teams to identify key accounts, tailor technical solutions, and accelerate customer projects, while maintaining compliance with North

Qualifications

• BS or MS in food science required.
• 10+ years in food product development and/or technical sales.
• Understanding of savory and dairy unit operations/ processes.
• Experience applying flavors and colors in diverse foods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow markets for sensory components and functional ingredients in North American food industry.
• Identify target accounts and strategize market entry with product/category managers.
• Visit accounts with sales team and define customer technical needs with R&D.
• Collaborate with producers to suggest best solutions and accelerate projects.
• Ensure successful commercialization and provide training to field teams as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory landscape in North America.
