Qualifications
- Understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations and grading.
- Solid knowledge of fit, construction and quality standards.
- Ability to balance brand, customer and cost requirements.
- Familiarity with PLM or tech pack management systems.
- Analytical thinker who can analyze data to propose solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute design aesthetics with consistent fit and construction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors.
- Translate designs into detailed specs for costing and prototyping.
- Ensure samples meet brand standards during product creation.
- Identify and communicate fit issues promptly and clearly.
- Contribute to fit and construction risk management strategies.
