Ideal candidate has substantial technical design focus, strong patternmaking skills, and comfort in a fast-paced product development environment. Collaborates with design leadership to maintain fit, quality, and design intent.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on technical design experience.
• Strong patternmaking and garment construction knowledge.
• Experience independently conducting and owning garment fittings.
• Ability to write detailed fit comments and pattern corrections.
• Experience with knit and woven casual sleepwear categories.
• Proficiency with Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with PLM systems, Centric PLM preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute technical design process from development through final fit and approval.
• Own fit, comfort, construction, and technical execution of assigned products.
• Lead garment fittings (about 1–2 sessions per week).
• Analyze garments and adjust to meet fit, quality, and design standards.
• Create detailed fit comments, pattern corrections, measurements, and specs.
• Maintain design intent while ensuring product meets standards.
• Communicate corrections and approvals to vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Review prototypes and samples; adjust throughout development.
• Maintain accurate product information in PLM systems.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and share technical takeaways.
