Job summary

DNAM Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Technical Designer to support men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel across multiple brands, ensuring fit, construction, and quality meet brand standards. You will translate concepts into production-ready garments through detailed tech packs and precise spec sheets.

Work closely with Design and Production to move styles from development through bulk production, managing grading, callouts, and production-ready corrections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical design experience in apparel across men’s, women’s, and/or children’s categories.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fit development.
• Production-ready tech packs with specs, construction details, BOMs, and callouts.
• Experience leading fit sessions and communicating with overseas factories.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update tech packs, spec sheets, grading rules, and measurement charts.
• Own the fit process from proto through TOP approval, aligning with brand standards.
• Lead fit sessions, document feedback, and issue detailed corrections to factories.
• Evaluate prototypes and samples for fit, construction, workmanship, and quality.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to resolve technical issues and ensure turnaround.
• Identify production risks early and implement solutions.
• Ensure grading is accurate across sizes and categories.
• Partner with Design and Production to balance aesthetics with manufacturability and cost.
• Maintain organized technical files for seamless development-to-bulk transitions.
• Uphold quality and consistency across brands and product categories.
