Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York seeks a Technical Designer to lead fit sessions across denim and woven tops, ensuring accurate construction and fit from proto to TOP samples.

You will collaborate with overseas factories, provide technical instructions, and troubleshoot development, using Illustrator, PLS, Excel, and measurement software to drive quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and fit.
• Ability to analyze fit issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing sample development is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLS systems, Microsoft Excel, Measurement specification software.
• Previous knowledge with patternmaking.
