Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Work closely with production, merchandising, sales, and design to ensure accurate communication and on-time execution across all stages of development
• Develop and maintain detailed measurement specifications and construction packages for denim styles
• Oversee pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) processes to confirm technical requirements are met prior to production
• Review and approve fit samples, wash and finish standards, trims, stitching, etc.
• Communicate with factories and vendors
• Monitor T&A calendar
• Assess quality for women's denim
• Ability to work on menswear as needed
