Job summary

One Step Up is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Design Associate in New York, NY. In this role, you'll develop technical specifications and assist in troubleshooting production issues to ensure high-quality products.

You will collaborate with design and production teams, requiring a passion for fashion and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical design experience and proficiency in design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in Mens and Ladies activewear is a plus.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
• Previous experience in technical design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical specifications for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with designers and product developers.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Create detailed tech packs for manufacturing.
