Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Deputy Project Manager - Technical to support Army Enterprise network modernization and mission readiness. You will coordinate with NETCOM, GCC, and DISA to ensure secure, compliant delivery across JRSS, JBCE, JMN, and AGUN environments.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Top Secret/SCI clearance, and skills in IT, cyber security, and project leadership. On-site work and 24/7 readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cyber Security.
• 5+ years of related experience in program delivery and technical oversight.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required with T5 level.
• Security+ CE or CASP CE or SecurityX CE and CCNA required.
• Familiarity with Army Network Architecture; JRSS/AGUN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee daily operational execution across JRSS, JBCE, JMN, and AGUN networks.
• Oversee OS upgrades, configuration changes, VRF cutovers, and incident management for routers and firewalls.
• Coordinate with NETCOM, GCC, DISA and site technicians to resolve outages and maintain stability.
• Support program reporting and delivery of technical updates to stakeholders.
• Manage workload, tickets, CRQs, and compliance to ensure timely execution.
• Guide staff development, onboarding, and process documentation improvements.
