Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and drive modernization of applications for the Joint Operations Center and Operational Information Management.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage a multi-million dollar program, and coordinate with DTRA leadership on requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, a BA/BS, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related program management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with DoD programs and DTRA context

Responsibilities

• Lead program area with annual revenues of $10M and above
• Direct IT team and watch officers maintaining, operating a suite of applications providing operational information to DTRA leadership
• Collaborate with DTRA leadership to define requirements and priorities, develop plans, and communicate status
• Apply project and program management techniques to control cost, schedule, and scope
• Experience in proposal development and Task Order Solicitations
