Job summary

Winfo Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, combined with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery management capabilities.

This Hybrid role offers on-site opportunities in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and other locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud programs.
• Deep functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, implementation methodology, and best practices.
• Knowledge of integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project execution across all phases including Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, HR leadership, business users, and IT teams.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive status reporting.
• Collaborate with Functional/Technical teams, Integration, and Change Management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across business groups.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production support.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure smooth transition to support teams.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle methodologies and best practices.
• Drive solution review sessions and alignment between requirements and delivery.
• Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership updates and recommendations for decisions.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project execution across all phases including Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects while meeting quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, HR leadership, business users, and IT teams.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Integration Teams, and Change Management teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across multiple business groups.

Testing & Deployment Management

• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and post-production support.
• Monitor project quality metrics and ensure smooth transition to support teams.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Drive solution review sessions and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.

Reporting & Risk Management

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership updates and recommendations for decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation programs.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
• Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, implementation methodology, and best practices.
• Knowledge of integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and reporting frameworks.
