Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Job Description

The Technical Delivery Manager IV leads the technical delivery of projects aligned with business objectives and timelines. This role independently manages delivery activities, applies advanced knowledge of technical functions and organizational processes, and solves moderate to complex problems that may not have well-defined solutions and can affect business outcomes. The role also provides technical guidance and mentoring to project team members as needed.

Lead technical planning sessions and analyze moderate to complex technical challenges to develop practical solutions that meet business needs.
Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions.
Monitor project progress, proactively address risks and issues, and review technical work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to standards.
Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing to junior and less-experienced team members.
Document technical processes and lessons learned, support process improvements, and contribute to best practices within the technical delivery function.
