Job summary

DAT Freight Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own the tactical execution of the integrations roadmap for select TMS partners in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA. You’ll work with Senior PM, Integrations, and Implementation Managers to keep projects moving at a practical level without managing commercial terms.

You’ll coordinate intake, scope, sequencing, and unblock work across multiple partners, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and partner engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical delivery, integration, or platform work in a cross-functional environment.
• Technical fluency with integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SFTP/legacy protocols).
• Strong prioritization and intake-management instincts.
• Comfortable operating at a tactical, project level with external partners without owning strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the tactical roadmap for each TMS partner assigned to you: scoping new integrations, building new endpoints, and managing large-scale migrations.
• Manage intake for internal requests against your TMS partners: triage, timelines, prioritization.
• Be the internal liaison to each TMS partner's project and engineering teams for day-to-day execution.
• Surface patterns, risks, and partner asks up to the Senior PM and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Commercial Tech Support and Implementation Managers to keep integration work moving in lockstep.
