Job summary

BSI is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee Construction and Energy certification operations. You will lead strategic delivery, ensure accreditation compliance and drive client engagement on high-profile projects.

The role requires strong leadership of teams of certification managers and engineers, with accountability for P&L, budgets and performance. A deep understanding of ISO 17065/17025 is essential, along with excellent stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

Significant experience in product testing, assessment, certification or conformity assessment for Construction or Energy products.
Strong knowledge of relevant product legislation, standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading technical professionals and managing budgets/finance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and technical leadership across Construction and Energy certification activities.
Monitor regulatory, technological and market developments to identify opportunities for new services.
Maintain accreditation compliance and high technical rigour in certification activities.
Lead delivery of client projects with focus on quality, service levels and P&L.
Develop and mentor teams to foster accountability and high performance.
