Job summary

BSI seeks a Product Certification Auditor (Client Manager) to work from home, delivering BIM-based product assessments against ISO 19650. You will prepare reports, present findings, and manage client accounts across regions, ensuring high-quality service and certificate decisions.

You will lead assessment teams, mentor colleagues, and coordinate travel and scheduling while advancing toward Lead Assessor status, under UK-originated frameworks but executed with global clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in BIM, Built Environment, or construction auditing.
• Expertise in ISO 19650 framework for BIM.
• Desirable PAS 2080 Carbon Management in Infrastructure.
• Experience with 3rd party external auditing against standards.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assessment reports and present findings to clients.
• Recommend certificate decisions per policy and timelines.
• Maintain account responsibility and grow client relationships.
• Lead assessment teams and brief members.
• Provide data to support services and maintain client records.
• Coach colleagues and assist onboarding.
• Plan workloads to maximise revenue.
• Attend required training and follow procedures for home-based management.
• Aim to become Lead Assessor through onboarding program.
• Manage portfolio of clients by location and qualifications.
• Schedule visits, plan assessments, arrange travel, and report results.
• Monitor accounts to ensure records, visits, invoicing are handled.
• Lead teams as needed and mentor new staff.
• Perform other assignments to meet objectives.
