Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a focus on Change Management to guide technology and business consulting projects for clients in the media, entertainment, and consumer segments.

You will lead project teams through all phases, apply change management and lean improvements, facilitate workshops, and help grow the practice through mentorship and strategy enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• 2+ years managing process, organization, strategy, or SDLC/Implementation projects.
• 2+ years managing system implementations.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and/or Lean Process Improvement.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and delivering status reviews.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and report status to teams and clients.
• 5 years of experience with a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all core phases: setup, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Apply OCM and Lean improvements to set clients up for success.
• Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead executive meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagement.
• Contribute to internal growth via mentorship, recruitment, and strategy enhancements.
