Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager focused on Change Management to join our growing consulting practice in Los Angeles. You will lead technology and business projects, guiding clients through complex transformations and PMO establishment.

You will apply organizational change management and Lean methodologies, mentor teams, drive workshops with executives, and expand engagement opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in project management at a large consulting company.
• 2+ years in process, organization, strategy, or SDLC/Implementation.
• 2+ years managing system implementations.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and/or Lean Process Improvement.
• Experience leading client-facing activities such as requirements gathering and workshops.
• Adept at building and managing project plans and reporting to internal teams and clients.
• 5 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, computer science, engineering, marketing, MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all core project phases, including project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Apply Organizational Change Management best practices and/or Lean Process Improvement to set clients up for success.
• Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings across the executive levels of client organizations.
• Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities beyond current engagement.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal growth initiatives including strategy and methodology enhancements.
