Job Description: Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Java Springboot, Microservices, Junit, Kubernetes, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to lead a large IT transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate and track deliverables for technical and functional teams during design and development phases.
2. Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
3. Improve delivery efficiencies across the project.
4. Manage project progress using JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Project & Technical Management, Large Integration Projects, and TDM.
• Background in Integration and Middleware development is preferred.
• Telecom industry experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in large-scale integration projects using Agile/DevOps.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with DevOps technologies and tools.
• Experience in all phases of the full SDLC.
• Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Experience working across a global organization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure.
