Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead delivery of complex IT products and services, driving API integrations, microservices, and front‑end work with React.JS, Redux, and modern JavaScript.

You will mentor developers, ensure quality, and align engineering efforts with client requirements. Requires 15+ years in IT with 8+ years in API and microservices, Spring/Springboot, and OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' IT experience with hands-on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE.
• At least 8 years in API (Restful Webservices) and microservices development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring framework, Springboot, and related tech.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, React.JS, Redux.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker and Agile/insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology. (1.)


• To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team.


• To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.


• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.


• To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project.


• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 8 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development, using leading methodologies and processes.


• Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework, Springboot, Structs, OR equivalent frameworks.


• Proven experience in technical project management, technical solution, and planning to wide range across the technology.


• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML , React.JS, Redux frameworks.


• Proficient with Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers


• Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure.
