Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise software technical implementation projects.
• Experience in professional services with a life science software product/technology services company.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of products and solutions in pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Lead design, architecture, configuration and implementation work to meet customer needs.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to plan and track delivery.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer, including scoping and workshops.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance; travel as needed.
