Job summary

Arrow Electronics NIC Components is seeking a Technical Support Associate in Melville, NY to collect and maintain parametric data across the component portfolio, supporting datasheet development and web content updates. This entry-level role translates engineering data into customer-facing resources.

The ideal candidate is a recent Electrical or Computer Engineering graduate with strong attention to detail, writing and communication skills, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage structured technical data.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and document formatting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain parametric data across NIC’s component portfolio (capacitors, inductors, resistors, etc.).
• Support development and updates of technical datasheets and product documentation.
• Conduct technical research to ensure accuracy and completeness of product specifications.
• Assist with website content updates, including parametric search optimization and product pages.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Organize and manage structured component data using internal tools and spreadsheets.
• Contribute to improving workflows around data management and technical documentation.
