Job summary

Billerud NA is seeking a Customer Technical Service Representative to provide proactive technical support across Miamisburg, Quinnesec, or Escanaba. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to address product performance and application needs.

The role involves site trials, technical training, and regular communication with customers to drive quality and satisfaction in a sustainable packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of converting and filling processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing guidance on product applications, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Coordinate and support product trials at customer sites, ensuring successful implementation and performance validation.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to product performance with customers and internal teams.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal stakeholders on product features and methods.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
