Job description

Overview

The Technical Customer Analyst will work independently and partner with technical and customer-facing teams to support complex technical solutions for our customers. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing guidance on technical requirements and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Perform timely technical support and issue management of our complex products and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while collaborating with peers and partner groups as needed.
  • Continuously learn new features and intricacies of supported products to better support customers and internal team members.
  • Interface with D&B team members to provide guidance regarding technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution.
  • Interface directly with peers and internal customers to provide technical expertise and validate solutions against customer needs or expectations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert internally and externally on how D&B systems work.
  • Make recommendations for system, process and product enhancements based on experience supporting the product.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field and/or 3 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency and experience in JavaScript.
  • Experience supporting and/or using APIs (preferred).
  • Experience performing admin work in a CRM environment, e.g., SFDC.
  • Intermediate SQL experience (preferred).
  • Experience with data and ability to view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate data files.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using AI in a professional capacity to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Results‑oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple or complex priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical requirements, issues and solutions in layman terms (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer focus and capability for taking ownership of issue resolution.
