Job summary

Redpanda Data is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale technical relationship, drive accelerated production deployments, and maintain healthy deployments as customers scale. You will act as the customer’s trusted technical advisor, understanding their architecture and coordinating the right Redpanda resources to resolve issues.

You will lead onboarding and adoption from architecture review through production go-live, run regular health checks, own end-to-end

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a TAM, technical CSM, or post-sales engineering role
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, replication, partitioning, latency
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
• Experience managing technical escalations to outcomes and working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and adoption from architecture review to production go-live
• Conduct cluster health checks and usage reviews using telemetry and dashboards
• Own technical escalations end-to-end with Support and Engineering
• Translate customer requirements into prioritized feedback for Product and Engineering
• Act as trusted advisor, aligning Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support
• Communicate confidently with engineering teams, platform owners, and senior leadership
