Instrumental is hiring a Technical Customer Success Executive to partner with leading electronics manufacturers. You’ll be hands-on with deployments, manufacturing data, and production challenges while building relationships with engineering leaders and executives.

You’ll own a portfolio of strategic customers, drive platform adoption, and translate technical insights into measurable business impact, including yield, throughput, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware development, manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, or TPM in electronics.
• 2+ years collaborating with customers or cross-functional teams on technical outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate technical data into business impact.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Proven trust-building and influencing in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer portfolio and drive platform adoption.
• Lead deployments and manufacturing programs across production lines.
• Translate insights into measurable business impact for executives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with VP-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Quality and leadership to prioritize.
• Operate with ownership and urgency to deliver results.
