Title: Technical Coordinator/Design Coordinator

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 plus package

Location: Berkshire

Currently working with one of the biggest and competitive house builders in the industry who operate nationally delivering high quality housing in unique locations.

Currently looking for a motivated Technical Coordinator or Design Coordinator to join the team. Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.

The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.

Key Attributes

• Good knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running.
• Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.
• 2-3 years’ worth of experience working with a residential developer or main contractor.
• Delivered residential traditional build projects
• Capable of running 2 + residential projects
• Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Project management skills and a high level of computer literacy
• Good knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
