• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/controls engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in technical support, controls, or engineering role for complex systems.
• Experience in automation, robotics, warehouse, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex technical support requests via ticketing, phone, email, and chat.
• Provide advanced remote support for electro-mechanical, software, networking, and controls issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, PLCs, motors, VFDs, and motion control systems; act as escalation point.
