Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical or SaaS content writing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs and dashboards, and software workflows.
• Experience with SEO content writing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs / MS Word, CMS platforms, Basic Markdown.
• Strong research, editing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
