Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of technical writing or content development experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, content development, training content, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating business documentation, procedural guides, or training materials.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital content libraries.
• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and ask thoughtful questions.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials, process documentation, and business content.
• Support ongoing content maintenance and data entry during a system transition.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather information and develop content.
• Assist with the creation of visual content, including infographics and training resources.
• Collaborate with team members to improve existing content and support business initiatives.
