Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer in Raleigh, NC to design, develop, and roll out advanced training programs across Learning Resources, Content/Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, create measurement tools, and ensure content aligns with governance standards while tracking learning outcomes for organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and LMS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands and facilitate updates.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Assure, through audits and reports, that all content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive department goals.
• Remain up-to-date in learning industry trends and best practices and translate them into actionable approaches.
• Gather and analyze data to identify complex problems and propose new techniques.
