Qualifications

• Willingness to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship program.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and write clear content.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML or DITA tagging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish technical product content across UI messages, docs, and multimedia.
• Collaborate with Design teams to ensure clarity and quality of information.
• Learn and apply agile principles and DevOps concepts on real projects.
• Engage in hands-on training and milestones to progress toward full-time roles.
