Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP and JDE objects, metadata, and existing docs to understand current functionality.
• Research historical artifacts, tickets, CAB records, and related materials for context.
• Identify documentation gaps and opportunities to improve quality and accessibility.
• Leverage AI tools to create technical summaries, process flows, and draft specs.
• Develop, update, and maintain documentation for system knowledge management.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories for easy access.
• Coordinate SME reviews, capture feedback, and incorporate revisions.
• Support standardization of documentation practices across IT and business teams.
